The firm was scaling fast, and was looking to update its internal systems to keep up. Pre-litigation, paralegals, and attorneys were all working from different sources of truth, reduing operational efficiency.

Engineering tools like AI, Figma, Code, and CAD are powerful, but the starting learning curve stops most people before they ever get going. The challenge was to make these tools accessible to anyone interested in engineering.
Owned the CS and design engineering verticals. Designed and delivered 25+ workshops, each built from scratch with no assumed starting point, iterated through dry-runs with researchers, and produced into video curriculum for Stanford Engineering's global site. Ran open consult hours for founders, researchers, and students across disciplines.

People in underserved communities wanted to be healthier, but felt overwhelmed before they started. The barrier wasn't motivation, it was the front-loaded complexity of figuring out what to do.
Ran the full product cycle from research to stakeholder pitch. Conducted user interviews, identified core frictions, then designed Seceo: a nutrition app that removes the planning burden by calculating small daily targets. Built end-to-end flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and a pitch deck covering product concept, business model, and launch strategy.
